3. Products & Transparent Flat Pricing
Dedicated Soul operates on a transparent flat-pricing structure of ₹1,500 (INR) per statement piece across our current collection drops. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify collections, discontinue colorways, or limit drop quantities at our discretion.
4. Secure Payment Terms
All transactions are strictly prepaid and processed through our integrated payment partner, Razorpay, supporting verified UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and NetBanking. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy
As detailed in our Return & Refund Policy, Dedicated Soul operates a strict No Return & No Refund Policy. All sales are final. Customers are eligible for a replacement strictly in circumstances involving verified in-transit damage or manufacturing hardware defect supported by unboxing video documentation submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Express Shipping & Delivery
