To preserve the bespoke quality and hygiene of our limited-edition streetwear capsules, DEDICATED SOUL DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE CASH/BANK REFUNDS once an order is placed and delivered. Please inspect sizing and color specifications carefully before purchasing.

Dedicated Soul pieces are engineered in exclusive limited-batch drops. Because our capsules are produced in small artisanal volumes, all purchases made on dedicatedsoul.com are final. We do not accommodate return requests or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing misconceptions, or subjective style preferences.

1. Scope of the Policy

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on bags, accessories, or clothing items once delivered.
  • No Monetary Refunds: Payments completed via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) are final and non-refundable.
  • No Exchanges for Sizing/Color Preference: Each product page provides exact centimetre measurements, structural silhouettes, and studio photos. Please ensure you review these specifications prior to order placement.

2. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit (Free Replacement Only)

We take quality inspection very seriously; every piece undergoes thorough checks before being packed in protective dust bags. However, in the rare event that your product sustains transit damage or presents an authentic hardware manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of parcel delivery at support@dedicatedsoul.com or via our official WhatsApp care channel.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for a transit-damage replacement, you must provide an uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video clearly capturing the unopened courier flyer, shipping label, initial unsealing, and the visible defect.
  • Upon verification by our fulfillment specialists, we will arrange a complimentary pickup and dispatch an identical replacement piece to you at zero additional cost.

3. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of checkout, provided the consignment has not been assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) or handed over to our air courier partners. Once dispatched from our Mumbai fulfillment center, orders cannot be cancelled or intercepted.
